I went on gojsutigers.com just trying to check a schedule and maybe buy tickets, and it felt like way more work than it should’ve been. The menus were all over the place, and I kept ending up clicking around in circles. A couple pages were slow too, so it just felt like I was wasting energy on something that should’ve taken two minutes.
The mobile version didn’t help much either. Everything looked cramped, and I had to scroll forever just to find basic stuff. Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly where to go, but for someone just visiting the site normally, it was frustrating

Trying to buy tickets was such a mess. The checkout page froze right at the end, but I still got charged, which made it even more frustrating. I kept waiting for some kind of confirmation or update, but nothing came through. I reached out to support too, and they never really helped.

I’m not trying to be dramatic, but I tried to buy tickets twice and the payment page kept freezing right after I entered my card info. One charge even showed as pending for a bit and then disappeared, which didn’t exactly make me feel confident. At that point, I just gave up. If the checkout can’t work properly, it’s really not worth the hassle...

The parking and kickoff info was easy to find, which made planning for game day less stressful. I do wish the updates had come through a little earlier, but overall it was clear enough and helpful.

I ordered from Jackson State University Athletics, and to be fair, the website itself was easy enough to use. Placing the order wasn’t the issue at all, so I’ll give them that.

The frustrating part was trying to get help afterward. I sent a question about my order and had to wait a few days for a reply, which felt slow. When they finally got back to me, the response was polite but really brief and didn’t fully answer what I asked.

My items did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. Still, the whole customer service part made the experience more annoying than it needed to be. I’m not angry, exactly, but I definitely expected better

I ordered a Tigers hoodie and a cap, and overall I’m happy with how everything turned out. The site was easy to use, and both items arrived looking exactly like I expected, which definitely gave me confidence in ordering from them again. Shipping took a couple extra days, but the quality was good and the order was right, so I’d still call it a positive experience.

Not gonna lie, the team updates feel slow and a bit all over the place. When I’m trying to find solid game info, it’s harder than it should be.

I keep checking the app for schedules and scores, they’re almost always wrong. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to follow a game and can’t trust the info.
